How We Work Together
The room has been bothering you long enough. This is where that stops.
Most of the women I work with have already done a lot on their own. They have saved the inspiration, bought the pieces, moved the furniture, lived with it for months — and the room still does not feel right.
That is not a failure of taste. It is usually a lack of a clear plan.
This page is here so you know exactly what happens once you decide to work with me — no guesswork, no vague "we'll figure it out," no surprises partway through. Calm does not happen by accident, and neither does a calm process.
CREATIVITY
EXPERTISE
Before we begin — a word about who this is for
This process is designed for the woman who is tired of:
the one big ceiling light making everything feel flat,
buying pieces one by one and realising none of them speak to each other,
awkward layouts that make the room feel smaller than it is,
never being fully "done",
saving endless inspiration but not knowing how to translate it into her house,
spending money and still not getting the feeling she wanted.
If you have ever said "I just don't know what this room needs" or "It looks fine, but it doesn't feel right" — you are in the right place.
You do not need better taste. You need a clearer plan, and someone to carry the decisions for a while.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Every package follows the same calm, structured path. The depth of the design work scales with the package you choose — the experience of getting there stays the same.
01. Choose Your Package
Start with the room and the level of support you need.
The Confidence Boost — €549 — for one room that feels off and needs a clearer direction.
The Magazine Moment — €799 — for one room that needs a fuller plan before you start buying.
The Show Stopper — €979 — for women who want to see the room fully before making changes.
Not sure which one fits? Most women are not, at first. Have a quick look at the packages page and come back here — or send me a message and I will point you to the right one. There is no wrong starting point, only the one that matches where your room is at.
02. Share Your Style and Goals
Once you have booked, I send you a short intake to tell me, in your own words, what is not working and how you want the room to feel.
No design language required. Most women write things like "warmer," "less busy," "I want to actually have more storage here" — and that is exactly the level I need. You do not have to have the answers. You only have to be honest about the feeling.
03. The Client Questionnaire
A simple form that asks for the practical side: photos of the room from a few angles, or plans if you have them, rough measurements, what is staying, what you are open to changing, how the room is used day to day, and any pieces you already love.
It takes about fifteen minutes. You can walk through the room with your phone and photograph it as it really is — no tidying, no staging. The real room is more useful to me than a perfect one.
04. A Zoom Call
We sit down together for a focused call — usually around 30 to 45 minutes — to talk through the room properly.
This is not a sales call. It is the moment I start looking at the space the way you wish someone had looked at it a long time ago: the flow, the light, the awkward bits, the things you have been quietly working around. By the end, you will already have a clearer sense of what the room needs, before a single drawing is done.
05. I Work on the Design
This is where I go away and do the work — the part you have been carrying alone, handed off for a while.
I pull the room together as a whole: layout, lighting, colour, texture, the pieces that earn their place, and the ones that are quietly doing more harm than good. Every decision is made with your room, your light, your life, and your budget in mind — not a generic version of any of them.
The timeframe depends on the package, and I will tell you what to expect before we start so you are not left wondering.
06. Your Design, Delivered
Everything arrives in clear, easy-to-use PDF formats — plus images where they help you see the room coming together.
Depending on your package, that may include a mood board, layout guidance, 2D visuals, 3D renderings, a virtual room tour, a curated product list with shoppable links, and notes on why each decision was made. Not a pile of options to choose from. A plan you can follow.
You will know why everything is there. You will know what to buy first. You will know what to leave alone.
07. One Set of Revisions
You get one full set of revisions on your design — because sometimes seeing it laid out makes something click that you could not have known at the start.
That is normal and expected. I would rather you say it than live with a plan that is almost right. Tell me what feels off, and we adjust.
Additional revisions beyond that set are available at an extra cost, so you always have a way forward — but most women find no need for revisions.
08. Follow-up Assistance
Once your design is finalised, you are not on your own.
The length of follow-up support depends on the package you choose — the bigger the package, the longer I stay in your corner while you put the plan into place. Questions about ordering, about timing, about whether a piece will work in the space — that is exactly what this stage is for.
You will not be left guessing at the gap between the plan and the finished room.
How We Stay in Touch — WhatsApp, Throughout
From the day you book, we stay connected on WhatsApp.
It is the easiest way to keep the process feeling light. A quick question, a photo of a fabric sample you are unsure about, a link to a piece you are tempted by — send it over. You do not have to wait for a formal email or a scheduled call to ask the small things that, left unanswered, become big doubts.
This is the part most women tell me they did not expect to value as much as they do. Not because it is fancy. Because it means you are not holding the entire room together alone anymore.
What You Walk Away With
Practically:
A better layout
Clearer priorities
Better lighting
Stronger cohesion between the pieces you keep and the pieces you add
Fewer wasted purchases
A room that functions properly
Emotionally:
Relief
Calm
Confidence
The feeling of being looked after
Permission to want beauty and comfort at the same time
The goal is not a room that looks impressive for a moment. It is a room that feels soft, settled, elegant, easy to live in, easy to maintain, and deeply calming at the end of the day.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Send me a message through the contact page with a sentence or two about the room and what is bothering you, and I will point you to the right fit. No pressure, no upsell.
-
Not at all. A lot of my clients know how they want the room to feel, but struggle to turn that into clear decisions. That is exactly where my process helps most.
-
No. Your design plan should help you move forward clearly, whether you want to implement it all at once or take it step by step.
-
You get one full set of revisions, and that is usually where it lands. If something feels off, tell me — we adjust. The goal is a room that feels right to you, not a plan I am attached to.
-
Yes — wherever possible, I build around pieces that already work well for you. The goal is not to replace everything. It is to make better decisions about what stays, what changes, and what will make the biggest difference.
-
No. I work virtually with clients across Ireland, the UK, and the USA. The whole process is designed to work from wherever you are.
-
It depends slightly on the package and on how quickly you can send the initial photos and measurements. Once I have everything I need, I will tell you what to expect at each stage — no silent waiting.
Ready When You Are
You do not have to keep second-guessing the room.
If your space looks fine on paper but still feels awkward, unfinished, or quietly draining to live in, the next step is simple: choose a package, send a message, or start with a chat. We will take it from there.
